Emma could survive on candy and air

My daughter Emma could survive on candy and air.

I really believe her dream one day is to be able to grow up and
only eat chocolate all day long.

If you are like me, you know most kids love candy.

Emma has even asked for candy for breakfast… no, we didn’t
give her any!

You can use this next tip to your advantage…

Tip: All candy is not created equal.

Kids are always going to want candy so .you need to plan
ahead. When your kids actually deserve a special treat, you can
give them good options.

A fudgecicle is a good treat that gives your kids a chocolate fix and
is actually low in fat and total calories.

Tootsie Rolls, also low in fat, are another good choice in candy... plus I love them!
